The fermentation of baked goods requires temperature and humidity control. Proofing rooms are an effective solution to provide consistent quality products. These air-conditioned rooms allow precise control of the desired temperature and humidity.
The air flow in these chambers must also be controlled and distributed in order to preserve the products correctly.
ETRI axial fans are at the heart of thermal control, and ensure a constant and controlled air flow. They offer high flow rates with a very small size over a wide temperature range (-54 / +100°C).
Their mechanical resistance ensures the longevity of the machines:
- specific surface treatment available as an option to eliminate flour agglomeration on the fan, guarantee optimal rotation and preserve air circulation
- protection against salt spray
- protection class up to IP54
